Summary:
The District is in need of additional floor maintenance equipment to fully maintain our current facilities due to increases in square footage and aging equipment. This purchase will be made utilizing a 24 month/0% interest lease purchase. During the financing period all parts and labor will be covered. The District will purchase two 27 inch riding burnishers and two 30 inch riding floor scrubbers. The purchased equipment will provide similar equipment that is currently used District-wide. The purchase will be funded out of the custodial and maintenance regular equipment budget line.

It is recommended the Board of Education approve the lease agreement for two Hillyard 27 inch riding burnishers and two Hillyard 30 inch riding floor scrubbers with First Western Bank & Trust as submitted.
