Summary:
|
A Request for Proposal (RFP) for realtor services was advertised on the PCR-3 website beginning on August 29, 2022. Several local firms were also notified by email on that same date and the RFP was sent to local Economic Development Councils/Chamber organizations to be shared with their members and stakeholders. Proposals were accepted from firms through 1:00 PM on Monday, September 12, 2022. Two submissions were received and evaluated by Dr. Jay Harris, Dr. Devin Doll, and Brian Noller.
All proposals were evaluated on the following criteria: 1) Scope of services available and prior comparable experience 2) Qualifications of personnel assigned to work with the District 3) Responsiveness of the written proposal and quality of scope of services 4) Fees (all possible fees). |
