Summary:
For this month’s Pirate Pride recognition, we will be celebrating Chris and Mary Donnelli for for their outstanding efforts in relocating the PCR-3 Treasure Chest, a vital resource center that supports our students and families in need. As you are aware, the Treasure Chest provides essential resources, including food, milk, and toiletries, to families within the Platte County School District. Originally housed in the PCHS annex building, the Treasure Chest needed to relocate due to changes in high school programming. Chris Donnelli and his team of dedicated volunteers took on the task of coordinating this move. Chris and Mary not only managed the logistics of packing and moving the Treasure Chest, but also ensured that there were no interruptions to the weekly grocery distribution for our families. Their seamless execution of the relocation process exemplifies their commitment to our community and their proactive approach to problem-solving. We are grateful for their willingness to collaborate with the District to achieve a solution that benefits everyone involved. Please join me in acknowledging Chris and Mary Donnelli for their exceptional service. Their efforts have made a meaningful impact and exemplify our collective Pirate Pride, and we are fortunate to have such committed individuals supporting our mission.
