Summary:
Dr. Kimberly Archer, principal at Compass Elementary, will introduce Samantha Brant, 3rd grade teacher at Compass Elementary, to the members of the Board of Education.

Ms. Brant applied and was granted the rare and prestigious Fulbright Scholarship. She completed her residency work at the end of last year and throughout the summer. She studied educational organizations in Europe and how they use thematic teaching (integration) to create meaningful learning experiences for students. She is completing the scholarly writing portion of this study, and will likely be printed in educational journals for others to learn. We look forward to leveraging her leadership and knowledge as we continue to investigate the most efficient way to create meaningful learning experiences for our elementary students.
