Summary:
The attached 2022/2023 salary schedules have been revised (August 2022) as follows:

*The revision to the NCC Pay Schedule is 1) to correctly title of one of the columns. The column formerly titled 'DEC-Masters OR ICEC+8', is now titled 'ICEC+Masters OR ICEC+8.'

*The revisions to the Miscellaneous Pay Schedule are: 1) Wilson Center Supervision duty moving from a stipend amount to an hourly rate of pay, and 2) removal of the 1st year Mentor and 2nd year Mentor duties. Both of these duties will now be paid under the New Teacher Onboarding duty, and 3) revision of the Special Olympics Coach to Special Olympics Coordinator and Assistant Coach.

It is recommended the Board of Education approve the 2022/2023 Salary Schedules - NCC Salary Schedule and Miscellaneous Pay Schedule (Revised August 2022) as submitted.
