The Executive Director of Pupil Services for the Platte County R-3 School District is designated as the Homeless/McKinney-Vento Liaison, District EL and Migrant Coordinator, and Foster Care Point of Contact. The Director of Community, School, and Business Partnerships for the Platte County R-3 School District is designated as the Federal Programs Coordinator.
