Summary:
|
As part of the board approved 2025-26 Capital Improvement Plan, building interior improvements were identified at Pathfinder Elementary and Compass Elementary to repaint walls that currently have whiteboard paint in identified areas. Forty classrooms will be painted this summer between the two schools. The Platte County R-3 School District advertised a Request for Proposal (RFP) on February 20, 2025(see attached) to seek bids for repainting walls at the identified schools. Two contractors submitted a bid on March 7, 2025. The below bid tabulation provides a summary of the submitted bid results. Myah Enterprises, Inc. was identified as the best bid based on price comparison and references.
