Platte County R-III Athletic Services Contract OSMC.pdf
Summary: The Platte County R-3 School District advertised for proposals from qualified entities to provide athletic training services for high school and middle school athletic coverage. Our current agreement is with New Liberty Hospital District. We received three proposals on March 31, 2025. After reviewing the submitted proposals, two entities were invited for an interview with the selection panel. This interview provided an opportunity for the panel to get more information specific to the cost, scope of services and qualifications from the two finalists. The selection panel is recommending The Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center (OSMC) to provide athletic training services as identified in the RFP for a one year fixed price term with the option to extend for an additional two year extension upon mutual agreement. The panel used the following criteria in the selection process: *Cost of services *Qualifications and relevant experience *Staff experience and competence *Approach to requested services *References *Interview
