Summary:
|
The agreement between RSP and Associates, L.L.C. and Platte County R-3 School District outlines the details for consulting and professional services relating to enrollment analysis, projections, and forecasting for the District.
The Enrollment Analysis assists the District in understanding how the
projected enrollment impacts capacity at each of its facilities. The final product has an analysis that projects the enrollment at each facility for the next five years with current boundaries. Enrollment Analysis will include projections by building and by grade for 5-year projection and a 10-year enrollment forecast. It includes tables, graphs, charts, and maps. Meetings with County and City planners, and developers are utilized to discuss land use, development policies, building permit trends, and future development plans to accurately factor those variables in the Enrollment Projection Model.
