Summary: The PCHS Rebuild (Phase One) Project total budget is $57,100,696. The total project budget includes soft costs (owner costs) and hard costs (construction cost) as shown on the attached memorandum.

We are proposing to transfer $284,000 of the soft costs to hard construction costs. This transfer does not change the overall project budget.
