Summary:
|
MSBA Full Maintenance services to the Platte County R-3 School District include the updates of policies, procedures and forms as often as necessitated by legislative action, court cases, agency regulations, educational trends and District recommendations. Under the terms of this agreement, PCR3 is provided with ongoing, customized maintenance which consists of:
1. Updated versions of MSBA’s policies while keeping PCR3 custom language intact.
2. Policy change evaluation when revisions are initiated by the District, provision of timely reference copy revisions for BOE review, and consideration, and written reviews when necessary.
3. Monitoring of board minutes and formatting of new policies.
4. Answering of questions and connections to helpful contacts and resources.
The cost of the MSBA Full Policy Maintenance from February 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024 will be $3,888.00. The cost of this service has not increased from the prior agreement/year.
