Summary: Newkirk Novak Construction Partners is requesting approval of Amendment/Change Order #3 for the Platte County High School
Rebuild (Phase One) Project. The proceeds will come from Community Donations & PCSD Capital Outlay, and not be paid from the 2021 PCHS School Improvements Bond.

Competitive bids were taken on the attached scopes of work:

*Baseball Champion Wall $140,557 (Community Donor Funded)
*Track & Field Videoboard Installation $176,158 (Community Donor Funded)
*Softball Improvements $214,230 (Capital Outlay Funded)
Amendment/Change Order #3 - Total $530,945
