Summary:

Quotation #1 for furniture for the PCHS Rebuild (Phase 1) project was board approved at the April 21, 2022 board meeting. The attached quotation (#1B) is provided for consideration by the members of the Board of Education. Quotation #1B includes classroom furniture, markerboards, and tackboards, including installation.
Both furniture quotations (#1 and #1B) were procured by advertising bid requests from furniture vendors utilizing furniture and equipment layouts from the design team. Furniture vendors were requested to provide bids on the furniture design layouts using their recommended products based on pricing from a cooperative purchasing program. Three furniture vendors provided bids, and Scott Rice Office Works submitted the lowest quotations (both #1 and #1B) based on design specifications. Quotations were accepted from the following vendors:

Scott Rice Office Works
SSI Furnishings
Quotations #1 and #1B complete approximately 95% of the total furniture designed for PCHS Rebuild (Phase 1) project. These quotations are within the furniture budget planned for the project.
