The greenhouse has not been utilized by our Ag program since our early college Ag program started last school year. That program exists on the MCC Maple Woods campus and as of January 2025, they will have a greenhouse at that location. As a result of that same partnership, an opportunity presented itself for that group to utilize our greenhouse. Since we have to keep the maintenance and upkeep of that space and they had a specific need, we decided to partner together with a building rental agreement. We also see this adding to our community education program in the near future as well.
