Summary: Platte County and NCC Leadership in partnership with liaisons from the other six Northland sending districts, vetted six proposals, and conducted two rounds of interviews to determine the firm that was most qualified and best fit our needs with this new project. A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) was advertised on the PCR-3 website beginning on August 15, 2022 and proposals were accepted from firms through 2:00 PM on Monday, August 29, 2022. Six submissions were received. All firms were vetted and interviewed.

Firms were scored on criteria aligned to Board policy FEB - SELECTION OF ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING AND LAND SURVEYING SERVICES. Firms were also evaluated on additional criteria that are relevant to this specific project. The evaluation team consisted of two PCR-3 cabinet members, NCC Director, Jeff Green, and a representative from each sending school district. Interviews were conducted over two days for round one with all firms, and a final interview was conducted with the top two firms as determined by the evaluation team. Upon conclusion of the final interviews, the evaluation team selected the firm that is being recommended to the Board of Education. Brian Noller facilitated the process, and Dr. Jay Harris oversaw the process and assisted in the final stages of the selection process.
