Summary:
|
As part of the board approved 2025-26 Capital Improvement Plan, furniture improvements were identified at Barry Elementary, Siegrist Elementary, and Platte City Middle School. Description of Furniture Improvements: Barry Elementary:2 classrooms (24 desks and chairs per classroom) Siegrist Elementary: 8 classrooms (24 desks and chairs per classroom) Platte City Middle School: 10 classrooms (16 desks, 4 student tables, 24 chairs, 1 flexible seating table, 4 flexible seats / Total seating for 28 students) A RFP for the above mentioned furniture was sent out to potential vendors on February 7, 2025. Three vendors submitted bids on March 7th. Below you will find the bid summary for furniture replacement.
