Summary: As part of the annual capital improvement plan that was approved in February 2024, and Board of Education request, playground improvements were identified at Compass Elementary to install playground swings. A three bay system with six total swings will be installed along with needed dirt work and appropriate playground turf. The project was priced by Athco through a cooperative purchasing agreement (Greenbush Contract #20.6 ESC-PLAYGROUND-REC2021) due to the uniqueness of this overall project. The cooperative pricing along with the sole source purchasing paperwork is attached for your review.
