Summary: Resources for Living is the District’s employer-sponsored Employee Assistance Program (EAP), offered at no cost to employees and all members of their household, including children living away from home up to age 26. The program provides confidential, 24/7 access to a range of services supporting emotional wellbeing, daily life needs, legal and identity theft assistance, and virtual therapy through Talkspace. The proposed agreement continues these services with no increase in cost and includes an enhancement to the scheduling feature to improve access and ease of use.
