Summary:

As part of the annual capital improvement plan, parking lot improvements were identified for the District Education Center and the drive leading to Platte Falls Road. The Platte County R-3 School District advertised a Request for Proposal (RFP) on February 14, 2025 (see attached) to seek bids for concrete and curb improvements to the District Education Center parking lot and the drive leading to Platte Falls Road. Five contractors submitted a bid on March 7, 2025. The attached bid tabulation provides a summary of the submitted bid results. The District identified estimated quantities for each of the categories. The Barkley Asphalt Company proposal includes seven (7) unit price bids (see attached). |
