Summary:

|
As part of our new construction of Platte County High School Phase One and Platte Purchase Middle School, outdoor furniture was identified for various learning and common use areas. The Platte County R-3 School District advertised a Request for Proposal (RFP) on September 29, 2023 (see attached) to seek bids for outdoor furniture in the following areas:
Platte County High School - North patio area and front entrance bus loop
Platte Purchase Middle School - South bus entrance, front entrance, library patio, and Art/PLTW/Cafeteria outdoor area
One vendor submitted a bid on October 16, 2023. Attached is the bid tabulation along with a cost comparison between the vendor’s pricing and if the district was to purchase the furniture on their own. |
