Summary:

|
As part of the board approved 2025-26 Capital Improvement Plan, building interior improvements were identified at Pathfinder Elementary and Siegrist Elementary to replace epoxy flooring in identified areas. Approximately 2,938 sq ft. of epoxy flooring will be replaced in restroom areas at both schools. The Platte County R-3 School District advertised a Request for Proposal (RFP) on February 10, 2025(see attached) to seek bids for epoxy replacement at the identified schools. Three contractors submitted a bid on February 28, 2025. The below bid tabulation provides a summary of the submitted bid results. Reeves Renewal was identified as the best bid based on price comparison and references. |
