Summary:

This will satisfy the DESE requirement to transfer funds from the Incidental Fund (Fund 1) to the Capital Projects Fund (Fund 4). This amount is limited by a DESE calculation (attached). The actual amount transferred will be calculated after the 21-22 books are closed and will be reported to the Board of Education in July 2022.

It is recommended that the Board approve a transfer from Fund 1 to Fund 4 for an amount up to $1,968,363.64 with any amount transferred above the adjusted expenditure to be allocated for furnishing new facilities with an expected expenditure date of December 2024.
