Summary:
|
Executive administration for the Platte County R-3 School District seeks the approval of Amendment #1 to the Optimization Service Agreement with Navitas L.L.C. 3-year agreement approved by the Board of Education on May 19, 2022. Amendment #1 incorporates all the new facilities into the agreement, and provides that Navitas will perform equivalent services outlined in the May 19, 2022 agreement at these added facilities (PCHS Rebuild Phase One and Platte Purchase Middle School).
