The attached memorandum from Dr. Rob Gardner, Assistant Superintendent of Personnel and Operations, outlines the rationale to support the request for approval of the recommendation to adjust substitute pay. Executive administration believes approval of the recommendation will increase the District's ability to attract and retain substitutes as well as increase motivation for substitutes to accept more open positions.
