Summary:

Quotation #1 for furniture for the PCHS Rebuild (Phase 1) project was Board approved at the April 21, 2022 Board meeting. Quotation #1B for furniture for the PCHS Rebuild (Phase 1) project was Board approved at the June 16, 2022 Board meeting. Quotation #1 and #1B completed approximately 95% of the total furniture order for the PCHS Rebuild. Quotation #1C (233318) is the remaining quote for PCHS Rebuild (Phase 1) for furniture and installation. Quotation #1C includes furniture for resource classrooms and teacher workrooms.
All furniture quotations (#1, #1B, and #1C) were procured by advertising bid requests from furniture vendors utilizing furniture and equipment layouts from the design team. Furniture vendors were requested to provide bids on the furniture design layouts using their recommended products based on pricing from a cooperative purchasing program. Three furniture vendors provided bids, and Scott Rice Office Works submitted the lowest quotations (#1,#1B, #1C) based on design specifications. Quotations were accepted from the following vendors:
