Summary:
|
As part of the annual capital improvement plan that was approved in February 2024, and our District Long Range Facility Plan, parking lot improvements were identified at Pathfinder Elementary to construct additional parking and make improvements to the existing parking lot. If approved, an additional 38 stall parking lot will be constructed along with a pass through lane for Pathfinder Elementary. In addition, improvements will be made to the existing parking lot. In coordination with MKEC Engineering and DLR Architects, a request for proposal (RFP), was submitted March 13 for potential bidders. A pre-construction meeting was held March 26 at the site. The District received bids from five contractors on April 8 at 2:00 p.m. where they were opened and read publicly. The bid summary sheet can be found within the attachments.
