Summary:
The Board will receive a review of Prop C Waiver and Levy Transfer, and what impact either would have on PCR-3 financials. Joe Kinder (Stifel Public Finance), Wayne Krueger (PCR-3 Interim Executive Director of Business Services), and Linda Quinley (contracted financial consultant) will provide an overview and answer related questions.
